Freshly formed pellets are hot and relatively soft, requiring cooling and screening. The cooler rapidly cools and hardens the pellets through counter-flow or co-flow air cooling, thereby enhancing their wear resistance and storage stability. Screening removes broken pellets and powder, ensuring the finished product is uniform and well-formed.
