1、Fix the material to be cut on the working table surface of the laser cutting machine.

2、According to the material and thickness of the metal plate, adjust the parameters of the equipment accordingly.

3、Choose the appropriate lenses and nozzles, and check them before starting the machine, check their integrity and cleanliness.

4、According to the cutting thickness and cutting needs, adjust the cutting head to the appropriate focus position.

5、Select the appropriate cutting gas and check whether its gas injection status is good.

6、Try to cut the material, after the material is cut, check the verticality of the cut surface, roughness and whether there are burrs hanging slag.

7、Analysis of the cutting surface, the cutting parameters for the corresponding adjustment, until the sample cut surface process in line with the standard.                      

8、Program the workpiece drawings and the whole plate cutting layout, and imported into the cutting software system.

9、Adjust the cutting head and focus distance, prepare auxiliary gas, start cutting.

10、The sample piece of process inspection, if any problem timely adjustment of parameters, until the cutting process in line with the needs of the demand.

Precautions for using laser cutting machine

1、Do not adjust the position of the cutting head or cutting material etc. when the equipment is cutting work, so as to avoid laser burns.

2、In the cutting process, the operator should always observe the cutting process, if there is an emergency, please immediately press the emergency stop button.

3、The equipment should be placed near the fire extinguishers at hand, in order to prevent the equipment cutting open flame fire occurs.

4、Operators need to know the electric switch of the equipment, in case of emergency, the electric switch can be closed in time.
