Laser cutting machines are usually more expensive, therefore, to extend the service life of the laser cutting machine, in order to better save production costs and win greater benefits, and the stable operation of the laser cutting machine and routine maintenance are inseparable.

The following will introduce the daily maintenance of the laser cutting machine:

1. Before starting the machine every day, carefully check the pressure condition of laser working gas and cutting gas, if the gas pressure is not enough, it should be replaced in time.

2. Check the buttons and mounting screws of X-axis zero point, Y-axis zero point, Z-axis zero point, laser ready status for any damage, (check the indicator light).

3. Make sure the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine starts working. (Users are advised to select a cooler or use two water tanks).

4. Check the external optical circulating water circuit for leakage, the leakage must be dealt with in time, otherwise it will affect the life of the optical lens.

5. Check the focusing lens lens for any damage after cutting is completed every day. Check whether the telescopic leather cavity of the external optical path is burnt or broken.

6. After the daily work is completed, clean up the cutting waste in time, sweep the work site, keep the work site neat and clean. At the same time do a good job of cleaning the equipment, to ensure that all parts of the equipment is clean and no stains, all parts of the equipment can not be placed debris.

7. After the daily work is completed, open the drain valve of the storage cylinder at the bottom of the air compressor to drain water, and close the drain valve after the waste water is discharged.

8. After the daily work is finished, turn off the machine according to the procedure of shutting down the machine, and then turn off the main power of the whole machine.
