The configuration of the corn grinding and powdering production line needs to be designed systematically based on the characteristics of the raw materials, production capacity requirements, fineness of the finished product, and the purpose of use (such as food, feed, industrial processing, etc.)

Core equipment configuration

1. Cleaning and screening section

Vibrating screen: Removes large particle impurities (such as straw and stones) from corn. 

Heavy-duty stone removal machine: Removes heavy impurities such as sand, stones, and metals. 

Magnetic separator: Adsorbs ferromagnetic impurities. 

Washing machine for wheat (optional): Used for cleaning surface stains during the wet cleaning process. 

2. Skin and Embryo Removal Section

Skin removal machine: Removes the outer skin of corn to enhance the fineness of the flour. 

Dehulling machine: Separates the corn germ (which can be recycled for oil extraction). 

Crusher: Break the corn kernels into smaller pieces (such as 6-8 pieces). 

3. Grinding Screen Segments

Grinding Machine (Core Equipment): 

Hammer plate type crusher: For coarse grinding, suitable for feed-grade processing. 

Roll-type grinding machine: Multiple grinding stages (often equipped with 4-8 sets of grinding rollers), suitable for food-grade fine powder (80-200 mesh). 

Flat screen/vibration screen: For grading and separation. Particles that do not meet the standards are returned for re-grinding. 

Wind separation system: Separates light impurities and dust. 

4. Grading Packaging Section

Grading Screen: Sort by fineness (such as 40 mesh, 80 mesh, 120 mesh, etc.). 

Packaging machine: Automatic weighing and packaging (standard 25kg/50kg bags or small packages).

Selection suggestion:

Food-grade processing: Preferentially choose the process of removing the skin and embryo followed by multiple roller grinding to ensure the powder is fine and of high quality. 

Feed-grade processing: Using hammer mill + single-stage screening is sufficient, reducing costs. 

Small-scale production line: An integrated corn grinding and powdering unit can be selected.
