Plastic crusher (also known as plastic grinder) is a device used to break down waste plastic products or scraps into small particles or fragments, making it easier for subsequent recycling, regeneration into pellets, or processing for use.

Core components

Blades/rotor: 

The material is usually alloy steel or SKD-11, which is wear-resistant. 

The blade design affects the crushing efficiency (such as flat blades, claw blades, spiral blades). 

Screen mesh: 

Control the size of the discharged particles (commonly with diameters ranging from 5 to 20 mm), and different specifications can be selected. 

Motor and Transmission System: 

The power ranges from a few kW to over a hundred kW, and it is selected based on the processing capacity. 

Rack and soundproof cover: 

Stabilize the body and reduce noise (some models come with dust removal devices).

Suitable for plastic materials

Hard plastic: household appliance shells, toys, CD discs, PET bottles, etc. 

Soft plastics: films, plastic bags, fibers, fishing nets, etc. 

Composite plastic: A plastic containing metals or fibers (requires special blades)
