Process: raw material mixing - feeding - puffing machine - drying

1、Powder mixer: Mix the powdered raw materials with nutritional additives and a certain proportion of water.

2、Feeding machine: convey the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the puffing machine.

3、Twin-screw puffer: the raw material in the feeding hopper enters into the high temperature and high pressure puffing system to produce puffed granules.

4、Air conveyor: convey the granules to the oven.

5、Multi-layer oven or microwave drying equipment: drying the excess water and sterilization at the same time.
