1.FCK56 series multifunctional CNC lathe, the bed adopts box structure and strong cast iron (HT-300), one-piece molding casting technology casting, the use of high-precision machining centers to complete the one-time clamping processing. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good maintenance of machine accuracy and high reliability. The bed adopts high rigidity 30 slanting back type integral bed, convenient chip removal, with separation of water tank, completely eliminating leakage, easy maintenance.

2.FCK56 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts 12-station power tool holder (optional power turret), and the tool holders can be interchanged in each position of the tool plate. The spindle is lubricated by closed grease, which can ensure the smooth running of the spindle at high speed.

3. The spindle motor adopts AC servo motor, stepless speed change, power 11KW, torque output is large, wide range, low speed that has high torque output, suitable for heavy cutting.

4. The hydraulic system of the machine tool adopts imported components to control the variable pump system to ensure the most energy-saving machine tool. Adopt centralized lubrication system, ball screw and linear rail automatic forced lubrication, to ensure the machine tool fast moving ability and high positioning accuracy.
