BCXFK-501000 CNC cyclone milling machine is a special high-efficiency CNC machine tool. The machine tool adopts an integral alloy disc milling cutter to mill threads at high speed, which can effectively improve the precision and surface quality of parts. 10. Machine tool lubrication: The guide rails and ball screws of each machine tool are lubricated with oil, which is automatically supplied by an automatic lubrication pump and can realize low oil level alarm. The bearings are sealed and maintenance-free high-grade bearings.

11. Cooling system: The cooling system is equipped with large-flow air cooling and water cooling, which is beneficial to chip removal and tool maintenance.

12. Machine tool protection: The machine tool adopts a closed protective cover and is equipped with an observation window. The processing area is equipped with a machine tool lighting lamp and a three-color alarm lamp.
