Main structural features of BCX5032 vertical milling machine:

1. The main components such as the base, body, workbench, middle slide, lifting slide, and spindle box are all cast with high-strength materials and artificially aged to ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.

2. The vertical milling head can be adjusted by ±45° in the vertical plane in both forward and reverse rotation to expand the processing range of the machine tool; the spindle bearing is a tapered roller bearing with strong load-bearing capacity, and the spindle adopts energy-consuming braking, with large braking torque, rapid and reliable stopping.

3. The worktable has three types of manual feeding, motorized feeding and motorized fast feeding in the X/Y/Z direction. The feeding speed can meet different processing requirements; fast feeding can make the workpiece reach the processing position quickly, which is convenient and fast to process and shorten the non-processing time.

4. The guide rails in the three directions of X, Y and Z are processed by ultrasonic quenching, precision grinding and scraping, and combined with forced lubrication to improve the accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.

5. The lubrication device can force lubricate the longitudinal, transverse and vertical screws and guide rails to reduce the wear of the machine tool and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool; at the same time, the cooling system changes the flow rate of the coolant by adjusting the nozzle to meet different processing requirements.

6. The design conforms to the principles of ergonomics and is easy to operate; the operation panel uses figurative symbols for simple and intuitive design.
